Previously Whole Green Health, Kind Nourishment sprouted from evolution in my perception of health and wellbeing. No longer naïve to the harm of diet culture I worked hard to repair my own relationship with food and my body. This evolved into a passion for helping others to do the same.
Kind Nourishment aims to provide nutrition counselling to help people break free from chronic dieting, food worries, binge eating, and body dissatisfaction.
Nothing makes me happier than helping folks find peace with food and experiencing the freedom that comes with adopting a more gentle approach to nourishment and movement.
